The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer you the opportunity to fully develop your ideas and potential in your role as educators. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus.

Your perspectives – Our tasks

• They help our educators to accompany our crib children in the individual day of kita along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Their work is fully oriented towards the needs of the children.
• Support in the development and development of children. Here, for example, you can use the movement promotion to Emmi Pikler, without directing and accelerating interventions of an adult.

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training as an educator/social pedagogical assistant, nurse or a comparable degree is absolutely necessary.
• A focus in a field of education is desirable, but we do not require it.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
