As Senior Account Manager Large Accounts (m/w/d), you distribute complex communication systems and tailor-made solutions to the assigned named accounts in stock and associated prospects (new acquisitions). You are responsible for sales and target achievement for the associated customers. You build business relationships at ministerial level and at comparable positions in the NPO environment and plead them and win customers back. You analyze the sales area and qualify customer contacts. You analyze and acquire new customer potential and tap the existing customer potential using strategic account planning and reduce the termination rate. You carry out comprehensive and holistic customer needs analyses taking into account the competitive conditions (price analyses, complementary requirements) and the customer's business processes. You present customer-related products, project solutions and customer events. You process and accompany tenders with contracting authorities.

What distinguishes you: Abitur and completed commercial training as a minimum requirement, ideally completed university studies 5-6 years of professional experience in the field of direct sales in the business customer environment, ideally in the IT or telecommunications industry Funded technical knowledge and above-average expertise in the field of mobile radio / fixed network / ICT Very good English skills in word and writing Negotiating skills and financial security even in difficult negotiations at C-level High interest in dealing with modern information and telecommunications technologies
