Assessment and definition of specifications for processes and machines for processing high-precision optics and their negotiation with customers and suppliers

Cooperation with internal interfaces and external partners

a very successful university degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g. analytics, chemistry or comparable), ideally with doctorate

very good analytical skills with competence, structures, trends and basic causes

proven experience in the application and evaluation of chemical and physical analysis methods and in the development and analysis of complex systems and/or processes

Knowledge in the field of polishing and polishing cloth production and experience with processing processes for optical components are advantageous
