Responsible management of overall planning projects in the performance phases 1–9 of HOAI Coordination of internal and external planning partners such as architects, building physicists, TGA planners, Statiker and fire protectors Control of dates, costs and qualities in the internal and external relationship Application of Integrated Project Management (IPA) as a Mindset and Operation Sovereign communication with builders and partners – also in negotiations Use of digital planning and control tools such as BIM

Successfully completed studies of architecture, civil engineering or technical building equipment Multiannual professional experience in project management, project management or construction management Experience in managing planning processes Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and cost groups 300 and 400 according to DIN 276 Experience with IPA projects and the AHO beneficial Ability to guide complex projects structured and solution-oriented – even in stressful phases Embossed communication skills
