With your focus on service delivery, you are part of the service team that provides numerous outsourcing services for our (large) customers As an operative contact person, you support the customer company in the analysis of personnel needs and control the occupation and onboarding process of external employees You are also responsible for data management and document creation as well as the optimization of the internal processes of our customer companies System-assisted you work with both Hays-internal systems and customer systems and ensure high data quality You act as an interface for customer companies, suppliers, external employees and other Hays-internal departments and are available as a contact person Finally, you contribute your ideas to questioning and optimising processes

You bring a completed training or a completed study and have ideally already gained experience in the staff services industry In addition, you are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, high service orientation and great organizational skills You feel comfortable in communicating with opponents at all hierarchical levels with customer companies, suppliers and external employees Do not hesitate to communicate in English You also have a self-sure and professional appearance, as well as a careful and solution-oriented way of working.
