Your tasks include: Design and Implementation of Omnissa Workspace ONE Modern Private Cloud / Sovereign Cloud Error analysis and problem solution (2nd/3rd level) in global support Monitoring, maintenance and updates of customer systems Continuous development of your expertise
You have a structured, team-oriented and communication-strong way of working. The following qualifications and skills are required: Completed studies or training in IT Found professional experience in Unified Endpoint Management Workspace ONE certification of advantage Experience in customer support, in particular error analysis and solution competence Willingness to work and travel Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
