The central office is looking for one/one for the Information Technology Division at the workplace of Bonn at the next possible time: Head of “Standard Applications” in the IT Products Division (w/m/d) (Besoldungsgruppe A 14 BBesO / Lohngruppe 14 TVöD Bund, ID: ZEIT3300, Stellen‐ID 1410868) The recruitment is effected indefinitely in accordance with the public service collective agreement (TVöD Bund) in the remuneration group 14. Depending on the applicant's situation, an additional temporary allowance of up to 1,500 euros may be considered monthly. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. In the course of the digital transformation, the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks introduces various enterprise applications. These include eAkte (OpenText), Knowledge Management (USU), a procurement management system (AI), analysis, reporting and visualization tools (Power BI in conjunction with SAP BW, SAP SAC). These applications are also closely integrated into the existing SAP application landscape (S/4HANA, HCM, SF Learning). The standard applications department in the IT Products department is responsible for these enterprise applications and seamless integration into the SAP application landscape in close cooperation with the SAP application area. As a specialist field manager, you will be responsible for all tasks related to the management of the field.

Best Practices: You perform all relevant and personal management and leadership tasks associated with the management of the field. Root Cause Analysis: You take over the planning, control and coordination of all processes and tasks in the area of responsibility. Cooperation: You ensure the interplay of individual tasks and the efficient and targeted performance of tasks. Change Requests: You bring changes to your path and have a look at the impact on your IT products. Going Live: You are involved in the planning, control and provision of IT products, in particular reporting and planning tools (MS Power-BI in cooperation with SAP‐BW, SAP‐SAC), eAkte (xECM for Government of Open Text), specialist information system (USU Knowledge Management), procurement management system (AI-Vergabemanager, etc.) and their interfaces into the SAP core system and the BA product landscape. Release Management: You perform all tasks in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Come Together: You are responsible for managing external IT service providers and coordination of the acceptance of IT developments and other IT services of external IT service providers. These tasks require a strategic, solution-oriented operation and a high degree of communication and coordination capabilities. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace there are occasional service trips, including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Education: Completed academic studies (uni-diplom/master) of the disciplines: computer science, business informatics, economic engineering or comparable qualification. Alternatively, a career qualification for the higher non-technical or technical administration service. Experience: Discipline leadership experiences as well as experience in managing projects. Furthermore, several years of professional experience in dealing with various IT products, including reporting and planning tools (MS Power-BI in interaction with SAP BW, SAP‐SAC), eAkte (xECM for Government of Open Text), knowledge management systems (USU Knowledge Management) etc. Know-how: You have experiences in the management of IT products (Application-Lifecycle Management) and in the management of external service providers Service providers (service level management). Knowledge of the SAP application landscape (S/4 HANA, BW/BPC/Lumira, SAC, HCM etc.) would be advantageous. Personality: A self-employed and service-oriented way of working as well as a high motivation characterize you. You also have pronounced organisational and communication skills and a high level of social competence.
