IT Service Management Process Architect (m/f/d)

As IT Service Management process architect:in you take a key technical role with design space. Service Culture and the optimal orientation of our ITIL4 practices are your personal passion. You are responsible for: Process landscape with tactical operating configuration: You redesign our current process landscape and transfer it to an ITIL4-oriented process model. You carry out the operational transformation independently. This is done in close cooperation with service managers and stakeholders. Ensuring a stable IT operation: Your first priority is to ensure a stable IT operation by standardizing and automating core processes and helping to further develop the tool landscape. Quality management and maturity: In the long term, you are constantly reviewing the quality in the daily business with the aim of continuously improving the degree of maturity of our processes. Definition and introduction of control mechanisms: You define and implement test and control mechanisms, handover points and meaningful indicators. Communication and stakeholder management: You communicate confidently at all levels of management and within the areas of expertise and are a trustworthy contact person:in. Project participation: You participate in process transformation initiatives and take the lead of topics within the initiatives.

has the following qualifications: Study or comparable expertise: You have a degree in the field of (economic) informatics or a comparable training or a detectable expertise in this environment. Funded ITSM experience: You bring very well-founded and detectable experience in IT Service Management (ITIL V3 / 4). Defining complex process landscapes combined with standardization of processes and tools was part of your previous activities. Operational Process Introductions: You bring experience in the operational implementation of ITIL practices, incl. Design of interfaces, transfer points and KPI implementations. Agile working and AI: You have experience in the agile way of working, using AI and working with developers and DevOps teams Regulated environment: Required is experience in an environment that has strict requirements on law, security and compliance. Self-employment and responsibility: You work agilely and independently, bring your ideas in and agree closely with specialist areas, process and product owners. You independently meet decisions within the tribe's guide planks. Communication strength and loadability: You have a safe appearance, are highly communication and are used to dealing with stakeholders of all hierarchy levels.
