Resident / Specialist in Radiology - Focus on Cardiovascular Imaging (m/f/d)

In the Clinic for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology of the University Hospital of Bonn, the following place is to be filled in full time (42.0 hours/week) at the next possible time:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

The place shall be occupied until 31 December 2028.

The Clinic for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology is one of the leading institutions in Germany for imaging diagnostics as well as image-based, minimally invasive therapy procedures. It has a state-of-the-art device infrastructure, including Photon-Counting-CT, High-Gradient MRT systems and Low-Field MRT, and offers state-of-the-art cardiovascular diagnostics in the newly opened building complex of the interdisciplinary heart centre.

In our clinic all established procedures of diagnostic and interventional radiology are applied. A special focus is on non-invasive cardiovascular imaging by CT and MRT in children and adults. We conduct the entire clinical spectrum of current investigations, including imaging in congenital heart diseases and complex coronary heart disease. The findings are carried out in an organically specialized diagnostic heart team.

Your tasks:

• Conducting and finding radiological studies and treatments throughout the spectrum of diagnostic and interventional radiology with focus on cardiovascular imaging
• Engaged cooperation in the interdisciplinary team of a modern university radiology
• Close and trusted cooperation with other departments
• Designing the future of imaging through cooperation in our research teams
• Participation in standby services
