As a Calculator, you are responsible for calculations of private and foreign services with a focus on facility management and Technical building management for the North and East Germany region, but also for our nationwide portfolios.

You have the possibility of flexible design between office presence at one of our 50 locations in Germany (e.g. Berlin, Hamburg, Dresden, Leipzig, Hannover, Erfurt, Greifswald...) and mobile work or alternatively a complete remote activity.

ACT NOW! - that's your job

• Analysis and evaluation of tender documents, performance directories and customer requirements

• Creation of offer calculations including personnel, material and external costs

• Development of well-founded price comparisons as a basis for the selection and decision-making

• Cooperation with the Departments of Sales, Technology and Purchasing to determine valid calculation bases

• Care and continuous development of internal costing databases (metrics, costing modules and benchmark data)

• Support for presentations and award negotiations

• Completed commercial or technical training or studies (e.g. facility management, utility technology, real estate management, economic engineering

• Professional experience in costing or supply processing as well as in one of the following industries: Facility Management (FM), Technical Building Management (TGM), Construction, Building Engineering Plant Engineering or Technical Building Equipment (TGA)

• Secure handling of MS Excel, ideally experience with costing and CAFM tools (e.g. iTWO, ORCA, SAP)

• Embossed numerical understanding, structured working and team skills

• Communication strength and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation

• Good German knowledge (at least B1) and a valid work permit
