We are looking for a project manager TGA-Planung (m/w/x) for our team in Oberkochen.

a successfully completed study of mechanical engineering, utility, energy or building technology with a focus on TGA or a comparable technical discipline, as well as deepened knowledge in at least two TGA structures at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the technical planning or project management of building equipment in the industrial environment, in particular in the fields of heating, refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology, electrical supply and production-related media such as compressed air, technical gases and vacuum; Experience in high-install production, laboratory or clean room areas is advantageous safe application of the regulations and contractual bases relevant for the planning and execution of TGA systems, in particular DIN, VDI and VDE regulations, workplace and fire protection requirements and HOAI and VOB; Experience in the preparation and testing of planning bases, specifications, performance directories, cost calculations and technical award documents Secure handling of MS Office, SharePoint and AutoCAD as well as experience with model and data-based TGA planning; Knowledge of BIM coordination and collision testing, AVA, CAFM and scheduling systems as well as the structured maintenance of plant, connection and consumption data are advantageous Experience gained in the technical and commercial management of TGA projects on the relevant HOAI performance phases, including interface coordination, cost and time control, risk and change management, quality assurance as well as monitoring of assembly, commissioning, function testing, acceptance and handover to the operation the capacity to transfer requirements from production, process, building and operation to technically loadable TGA solutions, as well as binding occurrence to internal clients, specialist planners and exporting companies; high level of moderation, negotiation and enforcement in interdisciplinary project teams Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing, in particular for technical specifications, planning and award documents, acceptances and cooperation with international suppliers and project partners

Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Ramona Swiss TGA projects in existence as well as challenging re-, start-up and new construction projects in the SMT plants independently control and successfully complete all relevant planning and implementation phases analyse the requirements of complex production machines and processes for the TGA, define loadable connection and consumption data and coordinate them with all stakeholders – in particular for climate, ventilation, cold, heat, moisture, electrical supply, compressed air, technical gases, vacuum, media quality and building dynamics Creating planning bases, media and connection lists, specifications, interface descriptions, schedules, cost estimates and decision templates as well as ensuring consistent, audit-proof project documentation and high data quality Plan and control costs, dates, resources, quality and risks forward-looking, monitor planning and construction progress, communicate deviations transparently and consistently with effective countermeasures As a central TGA interface, coordinate interdisciplinary cooperation with production, industrial engineering, process development, occupational safety, corporate facility management, external specialist planners, exporting companies and authorities Technically assess planning services and technical concepts, accompany awards and executions and ensure acceptance, commissioning, functional testing and orderly handover to operation and maintenance
