Product Manager Beauty and Cosmetics (m/f/d)

Responsibility for products throughout the entire product life cycle – from idea to market launch Monitoring international market, consumer and beauty trends Research of new active ingredients, raw materials, packaging solutions and product concepts Control and coordination of product development projects Close cooperation with marketing, sales, graphics, suppliers and external production partners Control of packaging and product design processes Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in cosmetics Analysis of market and competition developments and derivation of new product ideas

Successfully completed studies or comparable training with focus on marketing, product management or comparable Multiannual professional experience in product management of cosmetic, beauty or FMCG products Understanding product development and market launch processes Embossed feel for consumer needs, trends and brands Structured, analytical and creative work Hands-on mentality and joy in a dynamic business environment Very good MS Office knowledge Communication strength, initiative and team capacity
