Group Management Process Management Billing (m/f/d)

You control an interdisciplinary team of experts from project leaders, process experts, SAP‐IS‐U‐Business consultants as well as external consultants and develop it professionally and methodically. You are also responsible for the strategic development of complex accounting, master data and market communication processes (including network usage, MeMi, MOS-Billing) for the network and supplier side within the framework of our shared service with the network company Düsseldorf. In addition, you control the design and implementation of regulatory requirements and ensure the timely, audit-proof implementation - for a stable and trouble-free operation of our billing processes. You conduct or manage interdisciplinary projects with a high external impact, such as the migration of our SAP‐IS-U system to S/4HANA, and coordinate cooperation with IT, network, sales, controlling, finance and external market partners. You also ensure the process and data quality - from professional customizing to test and quality management to sustainable error prevention - and is responsible for the incident and requirement management process in the billing including the professional evaluation.

A completed study (Diplom/Master), for example in Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL, Energy Economics or a comparable qualification, forms the theoretical basis. We expect several years of experience in the SAP‐IS‐U‐/SAP‐CI world, ideally in the area of billing, facility, master data or market communication. You bring well-founded knowledge of energy-economic processes as well as regulatory requirements and market rules as well as experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of an expert team as well as in the management of complex projects. We also require a high analytical capacity, strategic thinking and the ability to make informed decisions in volatile conditions. Communication strength, persuasiveness and the ability to mediate complex content in an address-oriented manner - also at decision-makers' level - are obvious. A solution-oriented hand-on mentality, coupled with sense of responsibility and willingness to change, is also indispensable.
