Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Creation and further development of management and segment reporting as well as business evaluations Analysis of company key figures, implementation of target-actual comparisons and deviation analyses, and derivation of sound recommendations Support for Group and Segment Reporting and Ensuring a Timely and High Quality Data Delivery Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts as well as budget planning and forcast Close cooperation with the departments as business partners Optimization of existing controlling and reporting processes and support for the financial sector in operational day-to-day business Cross-departmental cooperation in accounting and process improvement projects Analysis of large amounts of data and identification of trends, vulnerabilities and optimization potentials Development of meaningful dashboards and visualizations to support management decisions Participation in the digitization and automation of reporting and controlling processes

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting or a comparable commercial qualification Professional experience in controlling, ideally in a trading company or medium-sized companies Expressed numerical understanding and analytical and conceptual skills Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems and Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working with a high degree of self-responsibility Communication strength and joy in cooperation with various departments and branches High team capacity, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to understand complex issues
