Building Technician Maintenance, Repair (m/f/d)

Location: Teaching at Hannover

Your start will run over avanti, after a few months you will be taken over to the customer. Alternatively, we will be happy to convey you directly to the customer. Just talk to us!

Your tasks

• Waiting and maintenance of building equipment
• Inspections as well as functional controls at the plants including troubleshooting
• You enter the customers on site
• You accompany and monitor the subcontractors used
• Recording of warranty defects
• Occasionally readiness

That's what you bring (m/w/d), Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d), Anlagenmechaniker Sanitation, Heating, Klima (m/w/d), Zentralheizs- und Ventilsbauer (m/w/d), Mechatroniker Kalttechnik (m/w/d) or comparable training

• First professional experience in building technology
• Cross-trade knowledge in the field of HKLS, refrigeration, electrical and fire protection technology desirable
• Class B driving licence
