Number: MER0003W8F The Data Driven Development team is a young, powerful capability team focusing on data science and data engineering on vehicle data. Your chance: You want to shape the Data Journey, shape our culture of cooperation, be creative and innovative. With us you take responsibility for diverse and exciting tasks with a significant impact. These challenges include: Support of the End2End Data Journey project Development and implementation of strategies for ''Data Driven Development' and ''Data Driven Decision Making'' Cooperation with cross-departmental stakeholders from IT, research and development, sales, strategy, international hubs and legal areas Process analysis and optimization Preparation and implementation of workshops Status tracking and report in bodies Development of communication measures (intranet articles, videos, trainings, building community exchanges, etc.) Creation of a monthly newsletter

The activity can begin from February 2026.

Study programme in the field of economic engineering or a comparable degree programme Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Joy in graphical preparation of content (ppt, Mural, Intranet article) Embossed communicative and organizational skills Commitment and team skills Fun in new topics also in stressful phases Interest and motivation for project management and coordination
