Field Support Specialist for Harvesting Machinery & Tractors - Southern Region (m/f/d)

Your role in our team:

• Area of activity throughout the region of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg
• Care and advice of CLAAS sales partners and customers on site in all matters of service
• Support and control of priority repairs
• Technical reporting and pre-series support
• Preparation and implementation of training for sales partners
• Development of service standards and ensuring their implementation and compliance in the CLAAS specialist trade
• Responsibility for the further development of CLAAS sales partners in matters of service
• Support of the Technical Support Team and the Service Manager in retail development.

Your profile:

(m/w/d) or mechanical engineering technician (m/w/d)

• Multiannual professional experience in technical customer service
• Ideally knowledge of CLAAS harvester, tractor and GPS steering system technology
• Imprinted communication strength and binding occurrence and enforcement
• Good knowledge of German and English (word and writing)
• Secure handling of MS Office and appropriate diagnostic tools
• Residence ideally central in the region
• High readiness for travel within the area of use.
