Caregiver for People with Disabilities (m/f/d)

For the Vitos Disabled Assistance Region Haina we are looking for a support force (m/w/d) in parttime up to 65% for our residential complex Gemünden and Housing Hoher-Lohr-Weg.

You support our specialists in the care of adult people with cognitive impairments and pronounced behavioral disorders. You are motivating and intensifying to people: in the design of everyday life, day design, care, care and leisure activities. Depending on your training, you take responsibility in the care of clients. You work in shiftwork, partly on weekends and holidays.

You have a completed training as a nursing assistant, social assistant, medical specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable one-year training. You want to actively contribute to our multi-professional teams and ideally have experience in the disabled. As an exceptional team player, you can see where your help is needed and keep a cool head even in difficult situations. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

Depending on the qualification and professional experience, you earn between € 3.521 to € 3.928, with long-term professional experience up to € 4.386 (based on TVöD-B pay group S4, full-time, part-time). All details are inclusive allowance living, SuE allowance and an extra fee. In addition, there are shift or shift supplements, supplements for night, holiday and Sunday work, a special annual payment of 90% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant. We work intensively and offer further and further training opportunities, supervision, coaching and expert advice. You can use offers of occupational health promotion. Vito's participation is an institution of youth and disabled assistance, which operates at various locations in Hesse. Around 1000 employees take care of children and young people as well as adult people with cognitive impairment. All stationary, semi-stationary and outpatient aids for education are offered in youth assistance. In addition to the regular offers, the focus is on the care of mentally ill young people, groups of days and the advice of professional care families. Also children and young people with a cognitive impairment find a permanent home at Vito's participation.
