Your daily working day with us
In close coordination with the team, you act as the first point of contact for our customers and partners. The following tasks are performed: Complete handling of sea freight transport (from order acceptance to invoice) Customs clearance Processing and planning of shipments Monitoring of dates and durations Costing and creation of offers
We expect from you
Completed training in forwarding or comparable qualifications The first professional experience in importing is of advantage Comprehensive knowledge of the complete sea freight processing negotiating skills, strong communication skills and team spirit Very good German knowledge (at least C1) as well as good English knowledge in word and writing A strong customer and service awareness
