Head of Risk Management & Outsourcing Management (m/f/d)

Further development of risk strategy, risk sustainability, capital planning and risk appetite together with management Management of risk inventory and overall risk profile as well as responsibility for limits, early warning indicators and stress tests Creating clear, decision-oriented risk reports for management, bodies and stakeholders Validation, documentation and optimization of methods, models and assumptions for risk measurement Responsibility for outsourcing control including outsourcing registers, risk analyses, service provider monitoring, KPI/KRI control as well as exit and emergency management Implementation of regulatory requirements (MaRisk 2026, KWG, DORA, EBA requirements) and processing of supervisory advertisements and notifications Support in monthly financial reporting, business planning and annual audit from risk management perspective Development of the written order, internal controls and audit-proof documentation

Complete study of economics, mathematics, BWL or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in factoring, leasing or credit institutions, ideally in risk controlling or market succession Very good knowledge of MaRisk 2026, KWG, DORA, EBA requirements and in the field of IKS and risk reporting Safe handling of risk management concepts, risk inventory, stress tests and operational, ICT and ESG risks Experience in outsourcing management and service provider control including documentation Routinizes in dealing with Excel and PowerPoint, address-oriented data processing and convincing communication with examiners, supervisory authorities and management analytic way of thinking, structured working, liabilities and pragmatism; Feeling good in a medium-sized environment
