Your tasks:

For our Center for Mental Health, we are looking for qualified nursing professionals (m/w/d) who support our teams on the open and protected stations and are committed to the patients. Your task field includes:

• Psychosocial care of the patient:inside
• Implementation of risk screening (Bsp. Dekubitus, aggression, suicide)
• Creating care planning within the framework of a therapy plan and in coordination with patients: inside, incl. Develop realistic goals and carry out scheduled regular therapeutic discussions (reflection, evaluation)
• Relieving and orientation-giving contacts
• Implementation and participation in blood withdrawals, injections, infusions and other medical regulations
• Participation in visits and their preparation
• The guidance and advice of patients:
• Preventive and/or deescaling interventions in patients: in patients with self- / foreign risk
• Intensive care and support in crisis situations - combined with supportive or therapeutic interventions
• Training measures within the framework of the care process and assistance in managing the daily routine
• Preparation, assistance and care in diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• The organisation and implementation of care therapy groups
• Participation in interdisciplinary case meetings
• Co-therapeutic cooperation in the multi-professional team

Your qualifications: • Sie sind examinierte Pflegefachkraft, examinierte/r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, examinierte/r Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankspfleger/in or examinierte/r Altenpfleger/in (m/w/d)

• Psychiatry, Gerontopsychiatrie and Child and youth psychiatry would be desirable
• Expertise in the psychiatric field is desirable
• You are interested in the work and support of people in difficult situations of life
• You have organizational competence and responsibility
• You have comprehensive social and nursing skills and have a pleasure in the profession
• Commitment and team skills are of course for you
