We are looking for you as Head of Roof and Plumber Service at our site Eichelkampstraße for the Hanover City Area to complete our SERVICES team.

Handicraft activities: assessment of causes of damage, clarification of technical requirements, deficiencies and elimination of defects; technical responsibility and support of construction sites in the roofing and plumbing plant, including technical advice and needs-oriented own practical/handicraft support on site Organisation and administration: instruction, guidance, further development and operational planning of the staff members; Commercial and craftsmanship Control of the department of roof and plumber service; operational responsibility and ensuring compliance with regulations, regulations and standards, occupational safety and internal standards; control of personal and external services; assessment, planning, design, consulting, supply and accounting; appointment coordination, digital order documentation, master data management, reporting, cost control; Contact person*in for contracting, planning, construction directors, specialist companies and internal interfaces Material management: selection of suitable materials and processes taking into account technical, economic and qualitative requirements; participation in the management of roof and plumbing services of the selection and commissioning of suitable suppliers and after-contractors; Other activities, e.g.: execution of special contracts; further development of the performance portfolio; training material requirements as well as requirements/creation of materials, machinery and equipment; regular inventory; Budget responsibility

You have a completed training and further training for the rooftop master*in (legal and master examination) or comparable qualification You have advanced experience in building and occupational safety You have experience in handling modern work equipment (e.g. paperless/digital), MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.) You have a valid driving licence of class B or BE You are durable and flexible, you have a high degree of self-responsibility, self-employment and willingness to use You have height-fitness, pedal safety and you are dizzy-free You act service-oriented and are team capable
