About us: REUTER TECHNOLOGIE GmbH is an innovative, medium-sized family-owned company that has been developing high-precision, vacuum-geloded copper and stainless steel components for high-tech industries and research facilities for decades – wherever cooling, heat dissipation and high-energy processes have to function absolutely reliably under extreme conditions. We work with specialists from manufacturing, development and administration to realize tailor-made cooling solutions for vacuum technology, semiconductor industry, photonics and cryogenic technology – with state-of-the-art technologies, a lot of design space and real appreciation for each individual contribution. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a working student quality management (m/w/d) at the next possible date. In this position, you support us in the further development of our quality management system, participate in the optimization of existing processes and get the opportunity to actively participate in various QM topics and projects.

Your tasks: Quality Management & ISO 9001: You support the maintenance and further development of our quality management system and will also address the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001. Process & Document Management: You participate in the recording, revision and documentation of existing processes, work instructions and other QM documents. Continuous improvement: Together with our departments, you analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement and support the implementation of appropriate measures. Audits & Measures: You participate in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits and in the follow-up of agreed measures. Cross-departmental cooperation: You work closely with different disciplines and thereby gain comprehensive insight into our business processes.

Your profile: Study & Qualification: You study economic engineering, mechanical engineering, business management or a comparable technical or economic study course. Quality Management & ISO 9001: Ideally, you already have first knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001 or could gain first experience in quality management. Analytical & process-oriented thinking: You recognize relationships, question existing processes and develop solutions. Communication & teamwork: You like to work with different disciplines and can prepare information in a comprehensible manner. Own initiative: You work independently, you bring your own ideas and you want to take responsibility for your own topics. Availability: You are available to us within 10 to 20 hours per week.
