Number: MER0003X55 Do you want to work directly with the Erlkönigen of Mercedes-Benz and to experience their fascinating development process firsthand? In Group Research & Mercedes-Benz VAN Development (VAN/E), we design the automotive generations of the future. We mean innovative products with the highest quality and efficient development processes. We are already working on vehicles that will secure the technology leadership of Mercedes-Benz Group in the future. As part of our team in the Infotainment & UI area, you are significantly involved in developing the digital heart of our vans. We are responsible for a system tailored specifically to the needs of our VAN customers and ensure their seamless integration into our vehicles. The exact focus of your internship is flexible: Together we identify priorities that fit your strengths and where you can make the most of your contribution. These challenges include: Conception and development of AI agents based on LLMs for the automation and improvement of our analysis tools – be part of the AI revolution!

Support in updating and developing infotainment systems

Creating test cases, performing and documentation of tests including fault management to ensure the highest quality

Takeover of smaller, individual projects within the team where you can bring your own ideas

Direct cooperation on prototype vehicles and, where appropriate, Participation in test drives – experience the development close to the road!

The activity can begin from March 2026.

degree course of engineering/economy/IT sciences or comparable

Technical understanding and interest

Experience with Artificial Intelligence

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office
