Identification, evaluation and active development of new international markets and sales partners Strategic development and expansion of our international sales Support and development of existing international sales partners and key customers Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small export team Market and competition analyses to identify growth potentials Development and implementation of a clear export strategy in line with management Responsibility for sales development, pricing strategy and contract negotiations in the export markets, Close cooperation with sales, marketing, customer service, product management and other areas in the company

Multiannual experience in export or international sales (B2B), preferably in the auxiliary industry Detectable successes in the development of new markets Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and strategic competence First leadership experience and strong social competence Very good English skills, other foreign languages of advantage Intercultural competence and international readiness Representative communication and interface competence, ability to work with internal and external stakeholders Analytical skills and data-driven thinking, experience in handling KPIs and reporting Will to change and design
