This is how you inspire us

• A completed vocational training as a building cleaner (m/w/d) desirable
• Multiannual practical experience in the field of building cleaning, gastronomy or retail as well as staff management, preferably multiannual experience as a foreman
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing necessary
• Basic knowledge of the most common office applications (e.g. MS Office)
• Embossed customer and service orientation
• Reliability, readiness for use and friendly, safe occurrence in handling our customers
• Ready for weekend and shift work

Your responsibility

• Organization, control and responsibility of cleaning in our own responsibility
• Support and representation of the object management
• Leadership of employees and participation in personnel planning
• Maintenance of reporting and documentation
• monitoring of working time arrangements, compliance with the time requirements, as well as the collection of working hours and work in relation to timely wage billing
• Support for monthly closing, billing preparation, material order
• Object analysis and quality control
• Close cooperation with the local customers' contact points
• Teaching and training for employees in responsibility

Your working hours

• From now on, limited to 12 months with option to takeover
• Full time, 39 hours/week
• Monday to Saturday, 6 days/week
• Frame work time: from 06:00 to 20:00
• 2-layer system
