You plan and develop the network solutions used for the customers of the Ratiodata. Controlling the solutions with regard to existing capacities, wartability and hardware and software is one of your tasks. Technical coordination of service requests and project orders with customers, as well as participation in offers and tenders. You introduce new solutions and optimise the operation in cooperation with the operationally responsible units. The further development of the portfolio of network and security solutions as well as the participation of manufacturer certifications are part of your activity. You create technical concepts for specific customer situations.

You have a successfully completed technical study or training with knowledge from professional experience. A very good overall view in the area of network and security infrastructure, ideally from a comparable position, will distinguish you. You bring experience in the planning, development and operation of complex network and security infrastructures in different customer situations. Very good knowledge in the area of network (ideally Cisco) or alternatively in the area of security (ideally F5, McAfee, Checkpoint, Fortinet) are available. You bring a willingness to travel. Good knowledge of English and very good German in word and writing complete your profile.
