Strategic Change Management: Sovereign Conception, Planning and Operational Control of Change Measures. You take appropriate measures to accompany large change processes, anticipate resistance and develop mobilization strategies. Complex project management: independent management and management of strategic projects. You set clear milestones, control resources and ensure compliance with time, budget and quality targets – even in a dynamic environment. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Professional consulting of executives at different levels and proactive control of interfaces. You gain stakeholders for your topics and communicate safely at all hierarchical levels. People Development & Didactics: Development and implementation of target group-specific training curriculum and workshops. You use your know-how in adult education to build skills in the context of personal development (PE). Organisational development: participation in the design of future-oriented organisational structures and accompanying the associated cultural transformations. Self-organization & Responsibility: As a 'Macher'', you structure your task by yourself, set clear priorities and bear the full responsibility for your project results.

Experience: Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in project management and change management (e.g. from corporate advice or a comparable internal management function). Qualification: Successfully completed studies (e.g. BWL, Psychology, Education) or a comparable professional qualification/experience. Competence: You are saddle-proof in common project management tools and change models. In addition, you have profound knowledge in methodology and didactics of modern adult education and organizational development. Social competence: Impressed team skills and the ability to work integratively and to gain people for individual development steps as well as organizational changes. IT competence: Safe handling of digital collaboration tools. Since we work on the Google Workspace, experience is explicitly desired. Personality: high level of initiative, strength of enforcement and communication, and the willingness to take responsibility for complex processes. Communication: Strong communication skills combined with knowledge of German and English.
