Your diverse tasks

Technical Diversity: You combine theoretical knowledge from various engineering disciplines such as electrical engineering and mechanics with practice and get to know different technical areas and fields of application at our industrial customers. Industrial services in practice: You will get to know our technical core areas at various industrial customers in the Mannheim area – from maintenance and industrial assembly to logistics and industrial cleaning to production support – and gain insights from costing to operational implementation. Business insights: You also get to know the commercial side of our business – from controlling and accounting to sales – and understand how technology, customer requirements and economic action are playing together. Current topics: You deal with current developments in industry and gain insight into topics such as digitalization and internationalization. Take responsibility: With increasing experience, you work on your own tasks and actively contribute your knowledge and ideas to your daily work.

Your degree: You have successfully completed your Abitur or Fachabitur, ideally with technical orientation. Practical experience: You already have first experiences in the working world: An education, professional activity, internships or side jobs are a good basis for your dual study with us. Interest in our business: Technology enthuses you and you want to understand how we as WISAG provide our services for different industrial customers. Affinity for numbers: You have a good understanding of numbers and technical relationships and you like to work structured and analytically. Openness and readiness to learn: You want to get to know different areas of our industrial services and look forward to gaining practical experience with various customers in the Mannheim area. Own initiative and team spirit: You like to work independently, think with and actively engage. At the same time, you like to work in the team and bring your ideas in. Motivation and development: Not only do you want to successfully complete your studies, but you want to develop with us in the long term and take more responsibility step by step.

Your compensation: You will receive €1,600 in the first year of study, €1,800 in the second year of study and €3,800 in the third year of study. Year of study 2.000 € brutto monthly. as well as 20 days holiday during your practice phases. Responsibility: You take your own tasks and get the freedom to try out – with a personal mentor and experienced colleagues on your side. Your development: We help you to advance professionally and personally, and with regular internal trainings as well as our online academy prepare you for your future tasks and possible leadership responsibility.
