• You have a craftsmanship or several years of professional experience
• You bring basic technical understanding and craftsmanship
• You ideally have a class B driving licence

Your job

• Your technical know-how helps you control the home technology of residential and commercial properties
• You take care of the cleaning and cleaning of the staircase
• You take minor repairs
• You work part-time from 12 hours or full-time up to 35 hours a week, from Monday to Friday from 07:00 a.m.
