Your tasks

You are largely responsible for the success of sophisticated, complex transition & transformation programs from Managed IT Services. This includes the development and definition of pre-sales requirements as well as the control of all phases – from design and contract design to the transition and transformation phase to smooth transfer to operational operation.

Your tasks include:

• Responsibility for cooperation and technical management international teams in large and complex transition and transformation projects.
• Identification, evaluation and proactive management of strategic risks.
• Function as an escalation entity for the T&T program manager as well as the customer.
• Ensuring the availability of resources and expertise from the operational sector as well as from third parties to achieve the T&T objectives within the agreed cost and time frames.
• Defining and ensuring compliance with governance and reporting requirements, both customer and internal, as a primary interface during the service acquisition phase.
• Monitoring and control of the T&T budget.

Your profile

• Over 10 years of experience in IT/Program/Change/Project Management.
• Over 5 years of experience in managed services/outsourcing contracts (e.g. as a service manager, account manager, project manager).
• Proven experience in risk management.
• Experience in building an active network and convincingly influencing all important stakeholders.
• Very good English.
