As Warehouse Operations Manager (m/w/d), you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of around 70 employees and promote their professional and personal development. You are responsible for the operational management and control of the warehouse, focusing on efficient processes, cost optimization and compliance with quality standards. You ensure predictive resource planning and ensure optimal personnel deployment planning in shift operation. As a central control entity, you continuously identify optimization and improvement potentials within the warehouse and logistics processes and consistently implement them. In addition, you ensure compliance with all relevant internal policies and legal and external requirements.

You have a successfully completed degree in logistics, business management, economic engineering or a comparable discipline. You bring relevant professional experience in a similar position and have already successfully demonstrated your expertise and leadership skills. Their leadership style is communicative, fair and empathic. You understand motivating and leading teams. Entrepreneurial thinking as well as consistent and self-sponsored action are what you distinguish. With curiosity and courage, you are questioning established processes, shaping changes actively with and working independently, targeted and highly implementing.
