The position is inscribed throughout Germany in the field of Assurance, Audit and Finance - with possible applications in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Eschborn, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf and other locations.

The focus is on a career start in the areas of Assurance, Audit, Finance and Data Analytics at EY.

24 months. Several stations. A goal: Building a foundation in the field of assurance, audit and finance that will make you successful in the long term. Your first assignment is in one of our Assurance areas and gives you a 360° view of companies - from processes to risks and decisions.

Not only understand how things work. But also recognize where it becomes critical. The following applies: You are not simply used, but are specifically developed - with clear structure, fixed stations and continuous feedback.

What awaits you In your Explorer Journey you work on real questions and get insights into different areas of Assurance: Participation in Accounting, Financial and Transaction Topics (e.g. Financial Reporting and Audit) Participation in the audit of annual and consolidated financial statements (audit according to HGB/IFRS) Analysis of Technology, Data and Cyber Risks (IT Audit, Data Analytics, Cyber Security) Work on sustainability topics and ESG reporting Support in the education and prevention of economic crime (Forensic & Compliance)

With each station, you're gonna sharpen your profile. After 24 months, you combine experience and strengths and decide where to take responsibility in the long term.

Your mindset You are interested in digital topics such as data analysis, AI and automated financial processes. Curious: You think in opportunities, ask the right questions and find solutions. Team-oriented: You like to work on complex topics with different perspectives.

Analytical Understanding: You recognize economic relationships in Accounting, Audit and Finance and guide sound conclusions. Communication & Implementation: You bring topics to the point and actively address them. Background: Studies in Economics, BWL, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Law, Engineering or comparable degree programme.
