Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) is responsible for the global parts and service business of Mercedes-Benz AG. The Global Logistics Center (GLC) is one of the world's largest automotive spare parts warehouses and at the same time the headquarters of the global after-sales supply chain and logistics network of Mercedes-Benz AG. With state-of-the-art warehouse technology and innovative systems, our employees ensure that vehicle customers receive the best service every day. From here we design all supply chain processes and ensure the spare parts supply of our worldwide customers. The Supply Chain Optimization & Vocational Training (GCSP/PLI) department represents the process and optimization of the supply chain of the 39 logistics locations worldwide. The focus is on vocational training and the methodological further development of the storage processes through lean optimization projects and CVP workshops in after-sales part logistics. In addition to the training of the internal improvement managers, the placement of Lean-Awareness also includes vocational training at the 6 German logistics locations as part of our area of responsibility. We are moving in a dynamic and international working environment with national and international companies, logistics locations and various IT interfaces. In the Supply Chain Optimization & Vocational Training (GCSP/PLI) team, the following challenges come to you: You support the entire vocational training-recruiting process from system-based preparation to the preparation of interviews and selection days

You support supply chain optimization and vocational training in the preparation and execution of events

You manage our social intranet appearances and Sharepoint pages and develop them further and establish an editorial process

You plan and coordinate communication activities

You participate in internal communication and use appropriate media

Course in the field of communication/media sciences, humanities, economics, social sciences, journalism or comparable courses (ideally with the focus on communication)
