Strategic and operational management of the Research & Development Department including Regulatory Affairs at two locations; Hiddenhausen and Lutherstadt Wittenberg Professional and disciplinary approach and further development of the interdisciplinary team Direct line of report to the Head of Research & Development Development and optimization of products in the field of washing, cleaning and cleaning products Coordination and control of the development process of new products - from idea to market launch Close cooperation with sales, marketing, purchasing and production interfaces Organization of pattern production and calculation of recipe costs Market observation, trend analysis, and evaluation of new raw materials and technologies

Complete scientific studies (e.g. chemistry, biochemistry, food technology) At least 5 years of professional experience in product development, ideally in the cleaning industry Insufficient experience as a lead of an interdisciplinary team Knowledge of legal requirements, standards and requirements for product labelling Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation with pronounced hands-on mentality Very good English skills in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge of advantage readiness to travel; especially between the sites Hiddenhausen and Lutherstadt Wittenberg
