We are looking for you as HR Business Partner Region Süd (Rheinland-Pfalz/BaWü) (m/w/d) .

Strategic and operational consulting of executives in all personnel-relevant and labour-law issues – focus: commercial lines and business management Support in the development and implementation of HR strategies to promote positive and performance-promoting corporate culture Support in personnel planning, recruitment and onboarding processes Support and further development of defined HR processes, in particular in the fields of talent management, personnel development and succession planning Management and implementation of change management projects in cooperation with management Contact persons for employees in all personal matters and promotion of open and trusted communication Cooperation with the Works Council and ensuring constructive and legal cooperation Monitoring and analysis of relevant HR key figures and deriving appropriate measures for continuous improvement Monitoring health and prevention measures in the sense of occupational health management

Graduate degree with a focus on staff, business or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in HR in complex organizational structures, ideally as HR Business Partner, preferably in the medical environment or in a rehabilitation -> Knowledge of labour law and experience in cooperation with works councils (individual and collective) High consulting competence, pronounced communication and enforcement strength, conflictability and self-organisation Solution-oriented and proactive operation and a high social competence Experience in change management and organisational development Safe in handling HR systems and MS Office, high IT affinity
