Because we are looking for a team management for our Last Mile Logistics location (Hub) in Cologne. The hubs are supplied with our commissioned goods from the central warehouse (FC) and are our last station before the customer purchases land on the kitchen table.

It's waiting for you Team leadership: Put your team in and coach it to success. You can also plan great events to further strengthen cohesion. Development to leadership: You act as a team leader not only the shift plans, but take over the integration and development of the runners (drivers) in one of our hubs, and make sure that everything is running around. Delivery management: You take responsibility when the truck arrives with fresh goods and make sure everything fits! And if there's something missing, you'll quickly organize deliveries – you always keep an overview. Process management: As a team leader, you keep the operation running and guarantee that everything is safe and running at the lacing, according to our motto: “Safety First”. Teamwork: In close cooperation with the Customer-Success Team, our Central Camp (FC) and other hubs, you make our customers happy. Nearest departures: Thanks to you, our drivers are always on time to our customers so that we can keep our promised time window. Bring in your ideas: from coordination of the repair of our electric vehicles to the design of the Hub Layout to the recruitment of our Runners - your ideas help us grow together.

A degree or completed vocational training in logistics, retail or similar fields First experiences in the leadership of teams - either in the profession or you have already coached another success team Flowing German and basic English skills You are in possession of a valid class B driving licence As a team leader, you have good communication skills and a self-confident appearance You like to make decisions based on facts and figures
