Guide and further winding of the tool construction with approx. 35 employees (construction, production, maintenance) – including capacity control and competence development Ensure availability of Gesenk and warm forming tools over the entire life cycle – from new development to repair and process optimization Development of tool technologies and the introduction of new machining, testing and maintenance processes (including milling, erosion, heat treatment, welding) Analysis of tool damage, derivation of sustainable improvements and close cooperation with production, AV and quality to increase service life and process stability Control of tool projects (new approaches, optimizations, external service providers), including technical evaluation and approval of tool concepts
