Currently, you can become part of the company as head of work preparation (m/w/d), in an important key position, and together with your four-member team to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Professional leadership of a team of 4 employees in work preparation, including structuring, target and employee development Efficient capacity and sequence planning for optimal use of production resources Design and continuous improvement of efficient AV processes from the article system to series release Creation and maintenance of work plans, piece lists and production documents in the ERP system (Dynamics AX) Technical support of new and modified articles incl. Drawing creation and adaptation with Autodesk Inventor in compliance with relevant standards and the detection of processing times Ensuring data quality and documentation in drawing management and product master files Interface function for production, purchasing, logistics and quality assurance

They have completed technical training in the metal industry (e.g. industrial mechanic, machining mechanic) with further training as a technician or master – alternatively a technical study (e.g. mechanical engineering, production engineering, etc.) They have first or several years of leadership experience and convince with natural sovereignty in leadership and communication They like to work in the team and understand how to structure, develop and motivate employees Your strengths include a very good organizational capability and a safe look for optimization potentials in processes and structures They are safely converted with technical drawings and relevant standards (e.g. DIN 2768, ISO 9013) They bring IT affinity and have experience in handling ERP and CAD systems You have very good English skills in word and writing
