You coordinate the introduction of new customers and work closely with sales, IT and operational teams. In the onboarding phase you are the central contact for our new customers. You continuously improve the processes and quality standards for our existing customers. For customer visits, you support sales and customer service as an expert. You create meaningful evaluations and reports to support quality management and customer service.

You bring a completed commercial vocational training, ideally to the merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services, alternatively you have relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned field of work. Your English skills are good in word and writing, and ideally you also master other languages. You are versed in handling MS Office applications and enjoy working in new processes and IT systems. You are open-minded, communicative and team-capable with a pronounced service orientation.
