People Specialist (m/w/d) Limited, part-time for 20 hours

Our Team People Operations Services takes care of all administrative personnel processes along the employee lifecycle. For the support area of our young talents, we are looking for support in the administration for a maximum of 2 years. THESE APPROACH You take administrative activities from contract creation to the exhibition of certificates and take care of the data in our HR System myFIVE

You actively participate in the support of our young talents and take over all the operational work from onboarding to exit

You support applicant management and work closely with our trainees

You support the planning and organisation of recruiting events in the field of Young Talents and support Employer Branding measures for the target group

You are in contact with our university partners and switch our Young Talents positions on the relevant job markets

THE BRINGS You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in personnel

You've already gained first professional experience in personnel management

You work independently and also like to implement your own ideas

You are safe to use MS Office and have already worked with a personal management software like SAP Success Factors

You like to work with people and bring organizational and communication talent in German and English
