You make our colors, plasters and fillers (e.g. for our brand ALLIGATOR). You assemble the raw materials you need and pay attention to an exact mixture according to recipe. You process the production orders and produce up to 18 tons of high quality products at once. Taking into account the employment security measures, you are involved in eliminating disruptions and problem solutions. Your opinion is heard and here you can help shape – in daily discussions you can bring your ideas and topics. In our production you come into a working environment with regulated structures, high quality standards and a high demand for work safety.

You have completed an industrial-technical training (e.g. as a production specialist in chemistry) – or convince as cross-enterers without production experience with readiness and interest in production. At your work, you pay attention to accuracy, cleanliness and quality standards. An independent and well-organized procedure is of course for you. You value teamwork and actively engage in a collegial environment. Physically challenging tasks such as lifting bags can also be mastered for you. You bring willingness to work in offset working hours (time frame 06:00–21:45).
