Senior Manager Program Architecture - Banking Sector (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the technical advice of your large customers, guide workshops at management level, participate in the project teams, ensure compliance with the project objectives and take over the quality assurance of the work results You take over the end to end architecture control for clearly defined topics (target images, planks, technical decisions) at program level and develop Enterprise & Solution Architecture target images with an architect team You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of your team, recruit new team members and keep track of professional training You are responsible for the key account management of your customers, sales of new and existing customers in the financial sector With the management, you control industry development, analyze market trends and customer needs

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a study with high IT reference You have extensive professional experience in digitization or IT consulting, especially with the focus on software architecture You can arrange modern AI and automation approaches in architectural context and software development: future-oriented patterns, agentic interaction models, human in the loop control points You are experienced in program and large-scale project management with special focus on core banking systems, treasury, payment transactions, etc. and know the common regulatory system in the banking sector You have certifications (PMP; IPMA Level B; Prince II; SAFe; Scrum Master) and (TOGAF, CMMI) You live in the Frankfurt area or are ready to work regularly for customers, in addition to the office and home office work You speak German at the native language level and English

Depending on the experience, qualification and network, your salary is in the range of 100,000€-160.000€ incl. Turnover and profit share.
