Editorial planning & content creation: collaboration on editorial planning and creation of content – both videographic and textual – especially for the Instagram channel. Social media management: creation, coordination and appointment of contributions, especially Reels, on various social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Text creation & Target group address: Write short, target group-oriented texts for different channels of internal and external communication. Support communication work: support in internal and external communication, in particular in the implementation of texts and other communication measures. Community Management: Moderation of comments and messages as well as active community care on social media channels.

Studies: Current enrollment at a German university, ideally in a degree course such as (digital) marketing, communications or media sciences, humanities or social sciences or a comparable discipline. Working & Motivation: Self-employed, solution-oriented and reliable working methods as well as a pronounced hand-on mentality. Content & Social Media Experience: Experience in creating social media content (e.g. video creation, editing and editing) as well as affinity for the social media world. Creativity & design understanding: creative feeling, good eye for design and ideally experience in dealing with graphic or editing programs for social media. Text & language: Secure writing of short texts as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing. IT knowledge: Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications; first experiences with social media tools are beneficial.
