Master Sheet Metal Fabrication & Carpentry (m/f/d)

Participation in the planning and construction of the production structure for carpentry and sheet metal production, including the selection, installation and optimization of machines, jobs and material flow, as well as in the selection and procurement of services, machines, tools and equipment in the context of capex and optex planning Introduction and further development of suitable manufacturing processes from cutting to forming, welding, assembly to testing, including creation and implementation of work instructions, manufacturing standards and process processes, as well as continuous optimization of layouts and production processes Application and further development of Lean Management Methods and Continuous Improvement Processes (KVP) to secure the production targets in terms of quality, cost, productivity and delivery dates Control, monitoring and analysis of ongoing manufacturing processes using IT tools (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Office), optimising relevant production characteristics and ensuring efficient resource and material use Implementation and responsibility for TPM processes (total productive maintenance) as well as for compliance with all manufacturing standards and work instructions, combined with ensuring work safety

Complete technical training with further training as master:in, technician:in or engineer:in the field of machine and plant engineering, production technology or a comparable field of expertise as well as several years of experience in submarine, ship or plant engineering, in particular in the construction of new manufacturing structures and processes Knowledge gained in sheet metal processing for the production of welding assemblies, reliable production control, experience with CuNi and CrNi materials as well as enhanced handling of ERP/PPS systems and analysis of production key figures Detectional experience in employee management, qualification and organisational development, coupled with strong leadership and social competence, high communication skills and awareness of enforcement and responsibility Embossed organisational strength, entrepreneurial thinking, structured, solution-oriented and independent working methods as well as hand-on mentality and the ability to actively shape change processes Strong affinity for digital manufacturing processes, secure application of appropriate IT tools, as well as a strong quality and safety thinking to ensure highest production standards
