You are responsible for carrying out non-discriminatory traveller information using the provided information systems and media even in case of malfunctions in the course of operation, in case of changes in track, in case of failure of trains or connection failures You provide assistance for travellers and work out travel alternatives with missed connections in coordination with the 3-S-Central You are also responsible for receiving and treating objects according to operational instructions You support low-mobility travelers by taking them to the train or pick them up Your activities include creating and issuing taxi and hotel vouchers Your tasks include checking the topicality of hangings (cards, timetables) and brochures as well as checking the visual state of these media You are responsible for receiving and shipping the IC - Courier goods The execution of special orders on the instructions of railway management is also one of your activities

Your profile:
