For our HR Directorate, we are looking for one or more Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d) - Focus on Working and Business Rights In order to strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d) who, in addition to classic business partner tasks, brings a special expertise in labour and business constitutional matters.

Advising executives and employees in all personal questions Responsibility for the labour law consultation and implementation of individual and collective personnel measures Contact person:in for all business constitutional matters and cooperation and negotiation with the works council Support for executives in implementing corporate strategies through data-based HR initiatives Proactive and effective talent and performance management in interaction with executives Development and implementation of measures for employee retention & engagement, including skills management, well being etc. Advising and accompanying change, organization and transformation projects

Complete study of law or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience and well-founded knowledge in the right to work and business and as HR Business Partner:in Extensive consulting skills and sovereign appearance towards executives and bodies Structured, solution-oriented and proactive operation High social competence, communication strength, resilience and negotiation skills Good knowledge of HR-IT systems and common office software German and English skills
