As part of the Digital Transformation in Administration project, the requirements for science support are linked to the future development of digital workflows. Projects already started on various digitization topics are planned, implemented by the project management in cooperation with our information center and our quality management and transferred to the relevant departments after the project has been taken off. Another objective of the project is the participation in the strategic planning and promotion of the AI competence of all employees with regard to administrative activities.

Analysis, visualization, redesign and digitization of internal work processes, especially within the administration and at the interfaces to research and teaching Independent planning and control of complex digitalization projects, from idea to implementation and monitoring (especially projects for workflow automation) Conception and implementation of digital technologies (e.g. AI and cloud applications including integration into the IT system landscape) Promoting digital literacy and accompanying cultural change Preparation of training documents and training

Successfully completed university studies (Master or Univ. Diploma), preferably in the field of computer science, business informatics or digital business management Multiannual project experience, preferably in digitalization-intensive areas Extensive knowledge in project, process and IT management Knowledge of digitalization with D.velop solutions Secure handling of MS Office 365 and collaboration tools (Confluence, MS Teams & Sharepoint) as well as basic knowledge in interface and database technologies Knowledge of university processes and other workflow and campus management systems (in particular HISinOne) are of advantage Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Structured operation, communication strength, enforcement strength and team capacity
