As a responsible manager in IT operation, you identify strongly with the company Vodafone, have a good overview of various common IT technologies, and you bring a strong motivation to continuously improve the responsible applications.

As a group manager, you are responsible for Document Management Run (m/w/d) and you are responsible for the availability and performance of Business Support systems for document management and input and output management. Vodafone's business is directly supported by the systems operated in your group, and business processes are ensured from an end-to-end responsibility. You will guide your team to detect malfunctions as soon as possible and system-assisted in order to proactively prevent or shorten possible solution times, ensuring the service for our customers. You opt for work and process processes to ensure efficient operation, and at the same time enable interaction with operating partners and implement work in a revision-proof and comprehensible manner. You ensure process compliance to meet requirements from standards such as ISO9001 or corporate policies to SOX or Security. You act as an escalation entity to intervene correctively in the event of disruptions in the process and to initiate the right teams and experts to restore the services as soon as possible. In this context, you are also willing to accept call-readiness services.

What distinguishes you: Successfully completed studies, preferably in natural, engineering or economic sciences. At least 5 years of professional experience in various functions in IT and/or customer operations, preferably in a telecommunications company. Leadership experience as team manager, group manager:in or program/project manager desirable. Knowledge of processes and methods, e.g. ITIL, SCRUM, PMI, DevOps. Customer orientation and promotion of innovation and risk-taking. Knowledge of the market environment and ability to identify and promote talents. Use of the benefits of a global company.

We occupy this position at the Düsseldorf site for Vodafone GmbH. Employees are guided in Düsseldorf.
