You can expect

• Over-tariff salary based on the collective agreement (BAP/DGB) between 19,81 and 21,79 € gross per hour
• Sunday, night and holiday supplements

Your duties

quality-conscious and recipe-compliant preparation of healthy food; active participation of the offer

acceptance, testing and documentation of goods; Implementation inventory and monitoring of proper storage

Compliance with the allergen and additive regulations; economic work; storage of important documents (e.g. test reports)

ensuring the proper condition of the equipment; Support for events and catering

Our requirements

• Completed 3-year cooking training (forced) and ideally experience in large kitchen/common meals
• Current knowledge of hygiene regulations and necessary IfSG-Instruction Confidentiality with Trade and Cash systems
• Passion for food, high quality and Cost awareness
• Workable, reliable, loadable and service-oriented
• High flexibility and readiness for shiftwork
